When you’re approached with the name “Ghost Dog Egg Man” you do a little happy dance. Then you start playing!

Located in Glover Park, Washington, DC, Ghost Dog Egg Man serves locally roasted coffee, scratch-made baked goods, and eggs of course! The vibe is warm and welcoming which is mirrored in the branding. We designed custom character-based icons that make you want to smile and spontaneously hug a friend or high five a stranger walking by. The wordmark matches the icons in style, equally clean and uplifting. Together the wordmark and icons create a flexible logo to be used together or as separate elements. As a new player in town, for memorability we went consistent in our brand application of the logo. We owned the heck out of the warm, freshly brewed brand orange and placed the happy GDEM wordmark and icons on everything from bags, coffee cups, to-go containers and as little animated delights on social.
