Kath's kitchen makes tiny batches of high-quality sourdough bread to distribute to local shops in the Arlington area in Chicago. Katie's secret is brutally simple: there isn't any junk to add to her recipe, but simply using the highest quality flour and salt. The brand carries on this philosophy where the identity is minimal, with a copy to bring in the fun and excitement. Each bread Katie makes is unique since she will put different cut marks each time she makes her sourdough. So, we adopt them into brand patterns.
